Our mission: To
provide an affordable, hassle-free boating experience with high quality boats in the most professional and
FUN manner possible.

Nine years ago Excel Boat Club opened the door to an alternative
way of boating. The idea was to offer a variety of boats where the customer does absolutely none of the things
associated with boat ownership.
The staff carts all of your gear to and from the boat,
loads it on and takes it off. We do not want you to even attempt to haul a cooler (or anything else) down the
dock, that’s our job. We valet you in and out of the marina, provide catering through great local restaurants,
make dinner reservations for you at lakeside eateries. We clean and fuel the boats every time they go out.
And, we take care of all the repairs, storage, and winterizing. To sum it up, we pamper you!
The first year, 30 customers joined our club. As our reputation
grew, so did we. Guests of customers had no idea this sort of boating opportunity existed. They joined, told
their friends and the business continues to grow in popularity. By 2008, we had grown to 168 members.
This year we have decided to expand to a second location
in Bayport, MN, on the beautiful St. Croix River, which is designated as a National Scenic Waterway. Memberships
are reciprocal, you can use either marina on Lake Minnetonka or the St. Croix River.
