To Tom and the Excel Boat Club Staff

Dear friends,

On behalf of our family, I want to thank the Excel Boat Club and compliment you on your customer service.  The Wards were members of another club on Lake Minnetonka, but chose to switch to Excel this past year.

We have never been disappointed by the decision.  We are regular users of the club and the variety it offers.  Most often we take our family (with three young boys) tubing or skiing.  Often we will bring friends along to share our lake fun.

The ownership and staff of the club are professional, well-prepared and accommodating.  Right down to Tom's predictions of the weather.  The dock crew is always helpful, even when extremely busy, and seem genuinely interested in our day on the lake.

We expect to enjoy many years of hassle-free boating with Excel and gladly recommend your service to anyone who has interest.
